Please note that anesthesia methods vary by clinic.
During your consultation, feel free to let us know your preferred anesthesia option.
Yes, as long as the treatment area is at least 1 cm away from the planned transplant site, there is no issue.
However, procedures that cause strong stimulation—such as thread lifts—performed shortly before the hair transplant may affect eligibility for surgery the following day.
We recommend allowing at least three months between such procedures and your hair transplant.
The procedure time varies depending on the number of grafts and the shaving method.
As a general guideline, the procedure typically takes approximately 5 to 6 hours.
On the day of the procedure, please plan to keep your schedule open for the entire day and avoid making other commitments.
For men, the typical range is approximately 1,750 to 2,000 grafts,

Yes. The most important aspect of hair transplantation is achieving a natural appearance.
Rather than creating artificial or overly defined lines, we propose designs that harmonize naturally with your facial features.
On the day of the procedure, the final design will be carefully adjusted while assessing your bone structure and facial contours.
Yes, it is generally possible to wear a hat shortly after the procedure.
However, if the transplanted area comes into direct contact with the hat and is subjected to pressure, there is a risk that grafts may become dislodged.
For this reason, we recommend wearing a loose-fitting hat, such as an adjustable cap or a relaxed bucket hat, that does not press against the scalp or transplanted area.
Mild swelling, particularly around the forehead, may occur within the first 1 to 2 days after the procedure.
This is a temporary reaction and can usually be relieved by cooling the area with a cold towel or similar method.
Pain is generally well controlled with prescribed medication, and severe pain that interferes with daily activities is uncommon.
The transplanted hair itself is not affected by ongoing hair loss.
However, your existing (non-transplanted) hair may continue to be affected over time.
To maintain overall balance and long-term results, continued use of hair loss treatment medication is recommended.
Around 7 to 10 days after the procedure, the transplanted hair may temporarily shed.
This is a normal part of the hair growth cycle and should not be a cause for concern.
New hair typically begins to grow gradually around three months after the procedure,
and it may take several additional months for natural volume and density to fully develop.
To ensure proper graft retention, please follow the guidelines below, as excessive stimulation to the transplanted area may affect graft survival.
・On the day of the procedure
Please avoid shampooing. From the following day through the first week, wash only the donor area.

Gently place foam on the area and rinse carefully with water.
・Sleeping position

Use all prescribed medications and sprays exactly as instructed.

For desk-based work, many patients are able to return to work within 1 to 2 days after the procedure.

Yes, post-operative aftercare is crucial to ensure the successful engraftment of the transplanted hair.
Please strictly follow the instructions for prescribed sprays, medications, and shampooing methods.
